Landscape Committee

 

Committee Charge

The landscape committee discusses the status of common areas as well as recommending priorities, addressing special projects as they arise, and responding to community needs.  This committee meets “as needed.”

 

Committee Responsibilities

• Complete regular assessments and inventories of landscape needs including but not limited to trees, shrubs/plantings, irrigation, and granite/rip rap.
• Prioritize needs and submit periodic recommendations to the board for review and approval.
• Pursue cost effective and environmentally friendly approaches to maintaining the community (e.g., minimizing water usage and splitting/replanting similar to the GCA program)
• Work with the landscape company to complete the items above and ensure proper maintenance of the community.
