Architectural Review Committee

 

Committee Charge

Review and approve homeowner requests for renovations to members’ units and limited common area landscaping in compliance with the Association’s CC&Rs, rules, and guidelines.  The committee will meet “as needed”.

 

Committee Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain a clear process for owners to apply and obtain timely responses to their requests for architectural changes. This process should include clear design guidelines that comply with state construction requirements and Tesoro at Grayhawk Governing Documents.
• There will be a written application, structured and timely approval processes, and regular communications with the owner(s).
• The committee will be delegated the authority to make routine and non-controversial changes. Requests that may set new precedent or have significant impact on the community will be brought forth to the board for final approval.
• Owners will have the prerogative to appeal any request that may be denied by the ARC to the full board for further consideration.
